Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These are the terms for using our website and free tools. They’re deliberately short and readable. The detail for any paid work lives in the separate agreement we’ll send you.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the MarketingAI website and the free audit request form on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site. Questions? Email sales@marketingai.ie.
Our services
We build AI-powered marketing setups and hand them over to you, with optional done-for-you and AI Care plans. The specific work, deliverables, prices and any guarantee for a paid engagement are set out in a separate agreement or quote we provide before any work begins. Nothing on this website is itself a binding offer or contract for paid work.
Pricing
We publish our prices openly. All prices on the site are in euro and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT will be shown clearly on your quote. Where you run paid advertising, ad spend is paid directly to the platform (such as Google), not to us. We may update published prices from time to time; the price that applies to you is the one in your agreed quote.
Free audits
The free audit is provided “as is” for general guidance. It’s designed to be genuinely useful, but it’s a high-level assessment, it doesn’t guarantee any particular result and isn’t a substitute for a full, tailored engagement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, or submit other people’s data without their permission. We may rate-limit or block requests to protect the service.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this website belong to MarketingAI. Where we build and hand over a marketing setup as part of a paid engagement, ownership of those deliverables is dealt with in your agreement, our model is that you own what we build for you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under Irish law. Your statutory rights as a consumer, where they apply, are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
This page is provided in good faith and written to be GDPR-aware for Ireland and the EU. It is not legal advice, please have it reviewed by a solicitor before relying on it.
