MarketingAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-first marketing agency based in Ireland. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our service:

• Contact details you give us, your name, business name, email, and optionally your phone number and website.
• What you tell us, the services you’re interested in, your biggest marketing frustration, and any message you send.
• Technical data, basic information your browser sends (such as your IP address), used only for security, rate-limiting and aggregate analytics.

We use your data to:

• Reply to your audit request or enquiry and provide the service you asked for.
• Keep our site secure and understand, in aggregate, how it’s used.

We rely on your consent (for non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (to respond to and deliver what you ask for), and our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the site), as permitted under GDPR.

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the trusted providers that help us operate, under appropriate data-processing terms:

• Hostinger, which hosts and secures this website and the mailbox that receives your enquiry.
• Analytics and any CRM/automation tool we use to manage enquiries, only where applicable, and only with the data needed.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep enquiry and lead data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise it. IP addresses used for rate-limiting are kept only transiently.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time.
